How to Make the Guinness Bloody Mary

Mar 14, 2024Alejandro Lopez

We keep hearing about this twist on a Bloody Mary that incorporates a secret ingredient you're familiar with and will definitely enjoy on St. Patrick's Day.

It's Guinness!

It adds an extra layer of flavor that is subtly sweet, smooth, and creamy, but finishes with a little bite (as a Bloody Mary should). Make this unique cocktail to start your celebration off in style.

THE GUINNESS BLOODY MARY

Add ice to a Collins glass and set aside. Add the following to your shaker with ice and give it a good shake.

  • 3 oz Toma Original or Horseradish
  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 0.5 oz of fresh-squeezed lemon juice
After shaken and strained into your Collins glass, slowly pour 2oz of Guinness over the top, and enjoy!

Here's how give this cocktail a professional look. Slowly pour the Guinness over the back of a spoon so it sits on top of the Bloody Mary. The creamy stout on top will give the cocktail a ton of flavor as you sip.

If you like Whiskey, try the Bloody Molly this weekend.
