Delicious food, refreshing drinks, and quality time spent with your loved ones are all great reasons to host family brunch for Easter (or any weekend).
Not sure where to start?
Here are some of our favorite recipes that are decadent, yet easy to prepare for a large group, so you can enjoy a relaxing Easter Brunch!
APPETIZER
Spicy Deviled Eggs
With only a handful of ingredients, and just 14 minutes of cook time, these deviled eggs are the perfect way to get the party started! We love this spicy version with the sriracha because it pairs beautifully with a Toma Bloody Mary and can also be used as a garnish.
SALAD
Grapefruit Salad
This crave-worthy salad is loaded with vibrant citrus, creamy avocado, sweet cranberries, and honey-roasted almonds. A delicious way to tide your guests over before the main course.
MAIN ENTREE
Starting with the Breakfast Strata. Think of your favorite casserole, now add sourdough bread and eggs as the base and you've got yourself a delicious breakfast strata. Just prep the night before with Italian sausage, cheese, spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes for a deliciously hearty and satisfying meal.
For the guests who prefer a lighter brunch, we’ve got two more delicious handheld dishes that are easy to pass around the table.
Jalapeño Cornbread Muffins: Savory, sweet, and slightly spicy, these muffins are so easy to bake, you probably have all the ingredients in your pantry as we speak!
Pretzel Bagels: This one requires more time and effort than the rest, but if you’re willing to dedicate an hour or so to some old fashioned baking, the results are impressive! Your guests will enjoy these soft, buttery, and salty pretzel bagels with a smear of cream cheese or butter.
Easter Cocktails:
What is Easter Brunch without some delicious cocktails to share? Toma makes it simple to prepare delicious Bloody Marys for a large crowd.
Pre-batch the cocktail ahead of time. Add one bottle (32oz) to a pitcher and add 12 oz of vodka or tequila. Stir it well and store in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours prior to serving, that way it's already mixed. All that’s left is to serve over ice and enjoy!
Try our 32oz mixers for a crowd-pleasing Easter Cocktail!
