How to Make a Delicious Virgin Bloody Mary

How to Make a Delicious Virgin Bloody Mary

May 09, 2024Alejandro Lopez

If you're skipping the booze this January or simply cutting back on your alcohol consumption, you're going to want to know how to make this Virgin Bloody Mary. It's the perfect substitute at any weekend brunch and it will satisfy that spicy craving for any mom-to-be.

We love making this mocktail with our Toma Original. It has a peppery, savory, and slightly smoky flavor profile and just the right amount of heat. Lime juice pairs really well with the Original mixer, so make sure you freshly squeeze your limes.

Replace the spirit (normally vodka) with Q Mixers' Club Soda. A combination of effervescence, mineral salts, and lime juice go a long way in this mocktail, making this one elegant virgin Bloody Mary! If you want to lower the heat, use our Toma Mild mixer. Cheers!

THE TOMA VIRGIN BLOODY MARY

Fill a rocks glass (or stemless wine glass) with ice.

Pour ingredients into a shaker.

  • 4 oz of Toma Original mixer
  • 2 oz of Q Mixers club soda
  • 1/3 oz of fresh-squeezed lime juice

Do not shake. Simply swirl ingredients in the shaker, pour over ice, and serve.

If you like Micheladas, here's a non-alcoholic version.

MICHELADA VIRGEN

Run a lime or lemon wedge around the rim of a pint glass and then dip in coarse sea salt or chili salt.

Fill pint glass 3/4 with ice.

  • 2/3 oz of fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 3 oz of Toma Original
  • 12 oz of Athletic Brewing Co. Cerveza Athletica
